Concrete Repair

Epoxy injection, grouting, and structural concrete repair to restore load-bearing capacity and long-term durability.

Concrete is durable, but not indestructible. Cracking, spalling, and corrosion of embedded steel can compromise a structure long before its design life is over. Our concrete repair service restores strength and durability using methods matched to the specific failure — from fine crack injection to full-depth structural replacement.

We diagnose the type and cause of concrete distress, then apply the right repair: epoxy injection for static cracks, structural grouting for voids and delamination, and spall repair with corrosion treatment to stop the cycle. The goal is a repair that performs for decades, not a cosmetic patch that fails next season.

Epoxy Crack Injection

For dormant cracks where structural bonding is required, we inject high-strength epoxy to restore monolithic behavior across the fracture. This welds the concrete back together, restoring tensile and shear capacity without the cost of full replacement.

Spall & Delamination Repair

Spalling exposes and corrodes reinforcing steel. We remove delaminated concrete, treat the rebar to halt corrosion, and rebuild the section with repair mortar engineered to bond and match the surrounding substrate.

Structural Grouting

Voids, honeycombing, and delamination beneath slabs or within walls are filled with structural grout to restore continuity and load transfer. Grouting is especially effective for parking structures and elevated slabs showing signs of internal separation.

Our Process

How We Approach Concrete Repair

01

Distress Survey

Sounding, visual inspection, and crack mapping to classify each defect and its cause.

02

Repair Selection

Matching the right method — injection, spall rebuild, or grouting — to each defect type.

03

Corrosion Treatment

Cleaning and coating exposed rebar to stop the corrosion cycle before rebuilding.

04

Rebuild & Cure

Placement of repair material with proper bonding, finishing, and curing for durability.

Benefits

Why It Matters

  • Restores structural bond across cracks
  • Halts reinforcing-steel corrosion
  • Rebuilds spalled sections to original profile
  • Cost-effective vs. full concrete replacement
